DiSC Profiles use a research-validated online assessment to create a personalized profile.   These personalized profiles give learners insight into their own behavior and help them understand others, so they can connect better.

Every Everything DiSC Profile present DiSC using a circle, or circumplex model.  The earliest representation of the DiSC model, as described by William Marston in his book, The Emotions of Normal People, was a circle. While the circular representation of DiSC is designed to be simple and intuitive, it also conveys a great deal of information about a person’s DiSC style at a glance. Everything DiSC Profiles provide users with richer, more application-focused reports.  Application-focused programs improve critical people-skills in the areas of management, sales, leadership, communication, customer service and more.

It is focused on leadership best practices and incorporates research based on the analysis of prominent leadership authors, including Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, Jim Collins, Susan Gebelein, Jack Zenger and Joe Folkman, Peter Drucker, John Kotter, Warren Gennis, Jack Welch and others.  It was in development for four years; a significant amount of time and resources were invested to analyze the work of leaders.  Work of Leaders connects to real-world demands, generating powerful conversations that provide a clear path for action.
