Advancer People who communicate new ideas and carry them forward. They focus on personal, interactive world of feelings and relationships. They manage the human component of any solution, and they enjoy whipping up enthusiasm for a project. Hands off tasks to a Refiner.
Refiner People who analyze a solution for flaws or revises a project systematically. They focus on the objective, analytical world of facts and theories. They use logic and a systematic approach to redesign a solution, and they amke sure that ideas are sound before moving them to the next level. May hand plans back to an Advancer or Creator before handing off tasks to an Executor.
Executor People who deliver concrete results and seek successful implementations. They tend to be realists. They make sure that important activities get accomplished, and they pay attention to details and the bottom line. Delivers the results from the previous hand offs.
