Using Group Reports

USING GROUP REPORTS

How To Implement Group Reports

When implementing DiSC in a team environment, group reports (also called "Facilitator Reports") provide a detailed analysis of the team - common strengths, weaknesses, gap analysis and recommendations for managers and trainers to get the greatest results from the team as a whole.

Facilitator Versus Group Culture Reports

Both are group reports, and they are similar. The primary difference between them is that the Group Culture Report is anonymous. It illustrates team dynamics, behavioral style and culture, but doesn't use any team member names. This makes it easy to share with the entire team without sharing any information that some team members might feel is sensitive.

The Facilitator Report is designed for a trainer or team manager to have detailed insights into a group as a whole. Because the facilitator is expected to have an active role in the development or management of the participants, this report includes team member names, and may best be kept confidential.

Only Available Online

Group reports are only available in an online format.

To utilize a group report, each team member must have ordered and completed an individual profile, also in the online version.

How To Order Group Reports

To order a group report without using an EPIC account, you must order the group report at the same time that you order the individual profiles which will be used to create it.
