You'll meet four characters who represent the four basic DiSC Behavioral Styles. The characters provide an overview about their behavior and describe their goals, fears, preferred environment, and response to conflict.

You'll see an HR Manager meet with 4 different people each having a different DiSC Behavioral style. The first meetings show ineffective behavioral communication. The second meetings show meeting the same people and the manager adapting their style to create effective communication. The last scene shows peer to peer interactions, what happens when you adapt your style and also what happens if you do not adapt.
